Large-Scale Projects in the Amazon: Engaging Social Actors to Promote Sustainable Development

RESUMO Este caso de ensino destina-se ao uso em cursos graduação e pós-graduação administração pública empresas, disciplinas que tratem do tema sustentabilidade. Podem ser trabalhados os seguintes tópicos: desenvolvimento sustentável, tripé da sustentabilidade, gestão partes interessadas engajamento atores sociais. O narra como o FGVces (Centro Estudos Sustentabilidade, FGV Eaesp) a IFC (International Finance Corporation, Banco Mundial) realizaram um projeto voltado para sustentável Amazônia. resultado foi criação 25 diretrizes realização grandes obras na região. foca término primeira fase, momento no qual líderes refletem sobre caminho percorrido desafio implementação das diretrizes. Sua discussão permite aos estudantes imergir nos dilemas relacionados discutir desafios à condução envolve múltiplas interessadas, refletir melhor forma implantação. objetivo é incorporem premissa às suas decisões, sejam capazes identificar inerentes materialização deste conceito analisar prós contras diferentes caminhos.
